In conjunction with the Bandwidth partnership announcement, 9Line also announced two new integrations: 9Line for CUCM for businesses utilizing Cisco Unified Communications, and 9Line for BWKS for phone carriers hosting voice services on the BroadWorks platform.
The Ray Baum Act requires companies to ensure precise location information accompanies every 911 call if made through the company's phone system. Kari's Law requires business phone systems to allow anyone to call 911 without added prefixes and requires mandatory notifications to company staff when 911 is called.
