Dave Bubenik
Dave is the Director of Engineering at 9Line, bringing extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. He has held roles at Stereotaxis, SentiAR, Deck Commerce, Scottrade, and Thomson Reuters, developing scalable, mission‑critical systems and innovative software solutions. At 9Line, Dave leads the technical vision for E911 and NG911 compliance solutions, ensuring emergency communication systems are reliable, accurate, and cutting‑edge.
Colin O’Brien
Colin leads the engineering team and boasts a robust software architecture background at organizations such as NASA on the International Space Station project and Boeing’s Advanced Warfare team before joining as a technical founder at 9Line. Colin holds a Master’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Project Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mark Turpin
The management team is led by Mark, an Air Force communications engineering veteran with over thirty years of experience. In addition to military experience, Mark led the engineering team for Sprint's hosting division, was the lead network architect for a top three cable company, and held engineering and sales roles with Cisco partners. Mark achieved Cisco's CCIE in Voice in 2008 and previously ran a successful Cisco unified communications consulting practice.
